One of the crappier flash cards. Generally lousy hardware with cheap (rumors of recycled) chips. Avoid if possible, there are much better cards to spend your money on. Seems mostly defunct already.
May be different with these newer products, but if past history tells us anything, its best to just avoid them.
To compensate for the lousy battery-sucking RTC they now have a slot for easy replacing of the battery. Note that on better quality cards this battery lasts for years so there is no need to replace it.
