Spam filter is getting me

A user has requested that an administrator make the following change to protected page Editprotected.
Please remove this notice and close the discussion once the request is completed. (what is this?)

I have figured out a clearer wording for this template's instructions, but the spam filter is blocking it. Please replace the part inside <noinclude>...</noinclude> tags with the following:

About this template

Some pages of PHWiki are protected against vandalism. If you wish that an edit be made to a protected article:

  1. Start a new section in the article's talk page.
  2. Put {{editprotected}} at the top of the new section to alert the administrators that you request an edit.
  3. Describe the changes to the page in detail.
  4. If the changes are fairly extensive, make a sandbox in your user space (e.g. [[User:Gretel/GBA Flash Cards]] and describe the changes there, summarizing them in the talk page.
  5. An administrator will then either perform or decline the edit, remove the {{editprotected}} notice, and sign his or her work (using ~~~~).
