It's clearly not one of the clones, and other than being a slot-1 card, how is it particularly akin to any of those cards?

Commercial Rom links
If the retail site had rom links I'd guess the official homepage for the device would have them also since they seem to be hosted at the same place. If someone can provide some site or page with information but no rom links, please do.
