The PassMe variant that is sold with M3 and G6 Flash
Has a switch where you can select CARD (which accesses the inserted DS card directly) or PASSKEY (which makes it function like a PassMe).

If you have new DS Firmware the original Passkey won't work and you need to get the upgrade Passkey2 which has PassMe2 functionality.
Alternatively, a method of reprogramming the PassKey to funtion as a PassMe2 has been developed by Jakelshark, using a JTAG. This method can be found here.
According to the G6 website, it is compatible with the DS Lite.
