PassCard 2
From PHWiki
PassCard 2 functions like a PassMe2, but instead of being a passthrough device it has the chips from an original DS game inside the card itself. This means that unlike other PassMe2 devices it does not need to be programmed, and is physically the same size as an original DS game card.
It still requires a flash card in the GBA slot with onboard SRAM to work, and does not work with the GBA Movie Player.
PassCard 2 is sometimes confused for being a NoPass device, but its functionality is quite distinct from the true NoPass devices.
PassCard 3 is now available which does have true NoPass functionality.
