MoonShell by Japanese developer Moonlight, owner of the blog Infantile Paralysiser.

Sort of like Pogoshell but for GBA Movie Player, Supercard, and M3 on the DS.

Handles MP3, JPEG, BMP, PNG, NFS, SPC, WAV, OGG, DMV(video), DPG (modified MPG).
